1:24 Art Deco Mildred fireplace kit

This is a kit to make an Art Deco fireplace for your mini moderne 1930s home. It includes the insert and hearth.

The photo shows the fireplace as it is when made up. The kit is laser cut from quality ply with etched details.

Finished dimensions are approximately 58mm wide, 65mm high and 19mm deep (including insert). Note: your fireplace will require a space of at least 12mm deep, 37mm high and 22mm wide behind a wall or chimney breast.

Detailed instructions with photos are provided, and I can be contacted if you have any questions before, during or after construction.

The parts are very small and fragile and must be handled carefully, however the finish you should attain will be amazing if you are careful with them.

You will need a fine craft knife, wood working glue, sandpaper, tweezers and paints/brushes to finish this kit. Small clamps, rubber bands or tape may also be useful to help hold things together whilst glue dries.
