This kit makes a very cute and whimsical woodland-themed two room cottage, with lots of detail and character. It has two small rooms with a small entry or additional room on the ground floor. This little kit has lots of foresty details, cut-out trim, ‘leadlight’ windows and a little arbor for the miniature forest garden. There is also a range of matching furniture available to complement your Nutcote.

The exterior measurements are approximately 26cm wide x 17.3cm deep x 27.1cm high.

The kit is laser cut from quality plywood, card (leadlight windows) and includes acrylic for windows and all the trims you can see in the first four photos. It is quick and easy to put together. The last two photos show my finished kit. Please note that brick, stone, roofing, wallpaper, paint, etc are not included.

The parts are very small and fragile and must be handled carefully, however the finish you should attain will be amazing if you are careful with them.

You will need a fine craft knife, wood working glue, masking table and sandpaper to finish this kit. Clamps or fold-back clips can also be useful. It can then be decorated using acrylic paints, paper or other media as desired.
