1:24 French baby crib kit

This kit makes a beautiful French style baby bed with fine etched detail. The first two photos show the baby bed after it has been made, painted and decorated. The third photo shows the unfinished kit after it has been made up and the last photo shows the bed with my other two baby beds for size comparison. Please note that the kit includes wadding for the upholstered parts but DOES NOT INCLUDE FABRIC. I suggest using a fine cotton or silk.

The kit is laser cut from a quality plywood and card.

The finished size is approximately 34mm wide, 59mm long and 45mm high.

Detailed instructions with photos are provided, and I can be contacted if you have any questions before, during or after construction. The parts are very small and fragile and must be handled carefully, however the finish you should attain will be amazing if you are careful with them.

You will need a fine craft knife, wood working glue, fabric glue, sandpaper and paints to finish this kit. Small clamps or fold-back clips are useful for gluing the layers of wood together whilst the glue dries.

This kit is not suitable for small children as it contains very small and fragile parts. It is a kit and therefore must be put together by the purchaser.
